This project involved works to support the delivery of two new tenancies within an existing building. Focusing on compliance and services coordination, the scope included new mechanical units, construction of a hebel block intertenancy wall, new glazed entry doors, major EDB relocations and upgraded fire services. Careful planning was required to deliver and handle materials due to site constraints.
